D&B has many benefits over traditional construction management including single source responsibility, a fixed price contract and fast-track construction methods to an agreed project programme.

M2 Commercial Interiors can provide a true ‘One Stop Shop’ to clients for all their property and construction needs, combining the design, construction and management of a project all under one roof. Alternatively, we can also offer the client the flexibility of utilising their own specialist contractors if required. Where the client has already appointed a Surveyor or Architect to advise them, M2 can assume role of Principle Contractor for the works. In doing so, M2 aims to remove the headache from what can be a stressful and demanding task.

Safecontractor is a leading third party accreditation scheme which recognises very high standards in health and safety management amongst UK contractors. M2 managed the entire refurbishment of our UK headquarters. This was from initial design through to building work. The project was made additionally difficult due to us wanting to continue to work from the building during the year long project. On completion we now have an excellent working environment and have freed up over 5,000 square feet for rental to an another tenant. I would thoroughly recommend M2 to anyone wishing to work with a professional firm who listen carefully to their clients and deliver what is required with the minimum of fuss
